I ordered a Patagonia Better Sweater Jacket (Women’s, size Large) from Sports Locker because the price was good and the estimated free shipping time worked well for my travel schedule. Despite heavy snow delays last week, the order arrived on time, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, when I opened the package, I discovered that the jacket is actually men’s, as shown on the original Patagonia tag, even though the Sports Locker sticker lists it as women’s. It appears the wrong item was packed. This was especially disappointing because I am leaving for a long international trip and cannot exchange the item before departure. I hope Sports Locker can improve quality checks during order fulfillment. I am currently waiting to hear back from customer service regarding a possible resolution. I understand that mistakes can happen, and this does not seem intentional, but it was still disappointing due to my travel schedule.
